Our Story

Two Different Paths. One Shared Mission.

Malique Micenheimer spent almost seven years as a Partner and Financial Advisor at a Fortune 100 firm, working with entrepreneurs and high-income earners who needed sophisticated planning but genuine partnership. Before that, he played Division 1 football at Fresno State and worked in the NBA with the Sacramento Kings.

Derron Smith played safety at Fresno State, where he became one of the top defensive backs in college football. He was a three-time All-Mountain West selection with 15 career interceptions, tied for fifth-most in school history. In 2015, he was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the sixth round and played in the NFL for multiple seasons.

But Derron's real success came from what he did off the field. While playing, he bought real estate, invested in businesses, and built a plan for life after football. He made smart, strategic decisions that allowed him to transition with confidence when his playing career ended.

That's exactly why we partnered.
